1. Introduction

Welcome to Firebird Pilates. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and participation in our Pilates sessions, whether in person or online. By accessing our website, booking a session, or attending a class, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Firebird Pilates operates in compliance with German law, including GDPR, consumer rights, and health and safety regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Booking & Payments

• Session Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system Momence.

• Payment Policy:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

  • We accept payments via Momence.

  • All payments are processed securely, and we do not store credit card information.

• Pricing:

  • Prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

  • Membership packages or class bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations:

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule their session at least 24 hours before their scheduled time to receive a class credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will be charged in full, and no credit or refund will be provided.

• Instructor Cancellations:

  • Firebird Pilates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including instructor illness or emergency.

  • In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative session or a full refund.

4. Health & Safety

• Client Responsibility:

  • You acknowledge that Pilates involves physical activity and confirm that you are fit to participate.

  • It is your responsibility to inform Firebird Pilates of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before attending a session.

• Instructor Responsibility:

  • Our instructors are qualified professionals and will provide guidance tailored to individual needs.

  • However, participation is at your own risk, and we are not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.

5. Online Sessions & Liability

• Firebird Pilates offers virtual classes, but we cannot control individual environments. Clients should:

  • Ensure they have adequate space, proper flooring, and no hazards nearby.

  • Have a stable internet connection to avoid disruptions.

  • Follow instructor guidance carefully and stop if they experience discomfort.

• Firebird Pilates is not liable for injuries sustained during online sessions due to environmental factors, poor internet connection, or improper execution of exercises.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and store client data in accordance with GDPR and German privacy laws. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Firebird Pilates website, social media, and within sessions—including videos, exercises, and branding—is the intellectual property of Firebird Pilates.

• Clients may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior permission.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Firebird Pilates reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
