His experience gives him a unique perspective on the needs of professionals who want to feel better, move better, and stay active for the long term.
At Firebird Pilates, Marco's approach combines the principles of strength training, mobility, and Pilates to help clients develop lasting physical confidence. He believes movement should be purposeful and progressive—not simply exercise for the sake of exercise. By helping clients understand the "why" behind what they're doing, he empowers them to take ownership of their health both inside and outside the studio.
