• Clients must cancel or reschedule their session at least 10 hours before their scheduled time to receive a class credit.

• Cancellations made less than 10 hours before a session will be charged in full, and no credit or refund will be provided.

• Memberships – Please note that if you do not show up for a class or fail to cancel at least 10 hours prior to your class start time a fee of 10 euro will be charged.   A payment link will be sent to your email.  You must cancel via the Firebird Pilates app and not via social media.

• Both membership packages and class blocks are for the individual and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
