  • Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, strength-based workout using a specialized machine called a reformer. Unlike mat Pilates, which relies on body weight, the reformer provides adjustable resistance through springs, enhancing strength, flexibility, and alignment with greater support and challenge.

  • Not at all! Firebird Pilates welcomes all levels, including complete beginners. Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are, with modifications to support and challenge you as you build strength and confidence.

  • Your journey starts here. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, your first session will introduce you to the mat or Reformer, guide you through foundational movements, and tailor the experience to your goals.

  • We offer classes online. Our online sessions are designed to provide the same expert instruction and transformative experience as in-studio classes (coming soon!).
